Cheddar, Bacon, & Portobello Mushrooms Burger Recipe

Here is a versatile recipe that could be used for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even a summer BBQ! It looks great, tastes even better, and is super quick to create – here is the Cheddar, Bacon & Portobello Mushrooms burger.

As with a lot of the recipes we publish how much of the ingredients you chose to use is really down to personally preference – you might be a lettuce, egg, pepper, or tomato addict, and it can easily be made vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free.

One thing that can’t be omitted though is the smoky ketchup, which is a mix of ketchup and bbq sauce, and tastes delicious.
