“This rotten town, it soils everybody"
The new hyper-stylised, girls ’n’ guns loaded, red band trailer for “Sin City: A Dame to Kill For" was unveiled at Comic-Con last weekend.
Co-directors Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller reunite once more to bring Miller’s “Sin City" graphic novels to life on the silver screen. Combining Miller’s classic stories with new tales, the town’s most hard boiled citizens cross paths with some of its most ill reputed inhabitants.
The original “Sin City" opened in 2005 and in the nine years since, Rodriguez and Miller have added more crispness to the black-and-white comic book aesthetic the series is famous for.
The stellar cast includes Eva Green, Jessica Alba, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Bruce Willis, Mickey Rourke, Josh Brolin, Jamie Chung, Ray Liotta, Rosario Dawson, Powers Booth and a guest appearance from Lady Gaga.
“Sin City: A Dame to Kill For" opens 25th August in the UK.
