YOUR MINI FESTIVAL GUIDE 2016
Nothing comes close to the euphoric feeling of dancing in a field, surrounded by your friends, listening to your all-time favourite artist play live over speakers as the sun sets in the distance. This summer's festival line-ups promise a whole wealth of musical memories, no matter what your preference. Take a look at our festival guide and what to wear for the big event!
WIRELESS, 8-10 JULY, LONDON
&
BESTIVAL, 8-12 SEPTEMBER, ISLE OF WIGHT
One of the many things we love about British music festivals is the huge variety of artists that come with it. Want to sing your heart out to a bit of 80s rock by The Cure? Not a problem, head to Bestival. Maybe you just want to forget about all your worries and let loose to some Kygo or Calvin Harris? Get yourself to Wireless in London.
From rock, to pop, to hip-hop, to dance - nobody can deny the magic that is conjured up when the sun is setting and the music keeps getting louder. Armed with a pint of Tuborg and all your closest friends, it's one of life's best experiences. But before you get there, there are a few things you need to sort out, one being just what are you going to wear?
We think this playsuit by Darling is super fitting for both Wireless and Bestival. It allows your pins to lap up that summer sun, whilst the floaty sleeves means the chill keeps off as night draws in. Finish with some trusty floral wellingtons by Joules and this gorgeous pink bucket bag by Michael Kors and what do you have? A feminine. floral number that allows you to dance your day and night away without so much as a care in the world. Perfect!

GLASTONBURY, 22-26 JUNE, SOMERSET
The mother of all festivals, Glastonbury is undoubtedly one of the world's most iconic festivals of contemporary performing arts. The largest greenfield festival on Earth, Glastonbury is attended by around 175,000 people and has progressed massively from it's hippie, free movement inspired days of the 1970s. This year, the festival is headlined by international solo artist Adele, as well as rock bands Muse and Coldplay.
Feeling the Glastonbury vibe? So are we. In homage to the hippie roots, we think flowing dresses and lightweight materials are rather fitting. Teamed, of course, with a pair of wellingtons - this look is easy-going, comfortable and perfect for a day in the sun as this legendary festival.
