Stephen King's IT

IT tells the story of a group of young outcasts in the small town of Derry, Maine who rise up against a shapeshifting evil named Pennywise that goes unnoticed by adults, but feeds on fear, and has claimed countless lives over the ages.

Based on the hugely popular 1986 Stephen King novel of the same name, which has been terrifying readers for decades comes IT.
When children begin to disappear in the town of Derry, Maine, a group of young kids who bub themselves ‘The Losers Club’ are faced with their biggest fears when they square off against an evil clown named Pennywise, who is able to shapeshift, and whose history of murder and violence dates back for centuries.

Released as a 2-part tv miniseries back in 1990 this feature length film is directed by Andy Muschietti, released by Warner Brothers, and stars Bill Skarsgard as the killer clown Pennywise.

The release of the trailer not only broke, but smashed records when it was released as it garnered over 197 million views in it’s first 24 hours.  To put it in perspective the record it broke was The Fate Of The Furious which earned 139 million views over the same time period.

It is due for release on September 8th, but for now you can check out the trailer below……if you dare!
