Summer 2014 has barely begun and the hardest working designer in fashion is already showcasing her Vivienne Westwood Man spring/summer 2015 collection.
As one of our favourite brands here at Van Mildert HQ, we were exceptionally excited to sneak a peek of the irreverent Vivienne Westwood’s MAN spring/summer 2015 collection at the iconic Milan Fashion Week. Utilising the theme of childhood seaside holidays on Britain’s coastline, the runway was awash with graphics of late 70’s pier arcade games boldly blended with Native American art. Utilising pixelated patterns and acid colours to produce a tribal concept, the fashion-forward collection bolsters the Dame’s position as one of modern day fashion's protagonists.
Expect block tartan prints, jacquards, crystallised patterns, needle punch techniques, liner designs, star tooth motifs, weaves, embellishments and beading in this innovative assemblage. Check out the 2015 show on the video below and, if you can’t wait that long, head over to the current Vivienne Westwood MAN range.
