Ten Trinity Square Hotel

It has been four years in the making, but the Four Seasons Hotel at Ten Trinity Square is due to open it’s doors within the next couple of months after a multi-million pound renovation, and it might just be the most stunning hotel not only in London, but the whole of Europe.

Built almost a century ago with its great tower and a grand Portland stone rotunda, the existing structure of Ten Trinity Square is being comprehensively and meticulously restored and upgraded into 41 private residences, a luxury five-star hotel, and members club.

Close to international business in the City, Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square neighbours the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, and overlooks the River Thames.
It started life as the headquarters of the Port of London Authority and was badly damaged in the Blitz during World War II, before being rebuilt.
Further restored over the last four years by multinational investor and developer the Reignwood Group, the Grade-II listed building has retained many of its original features it had when it was first opened by then Prime Minister David Lloyd George.

The Hotel section will occupies the lower ground to the third levels, with 100 guest rooms and suites that blend tradition with trend, as well as restaurants, bars, meeting salons and spa.
Dining highlights include Michelin-starred French cuisine, Asian specialties, and casual fare in the spectacular Rotunda Lounge. In the Spa, comprehensive health and wellness treatments are enriched by a luxury hammam and sauna.

The 41 spacious and highly specified luxury residences are on floors three to seven and range in size from one to five bedrooms. Each apartment is generously proportioned. The lobby, hallway and bathroom flooring features the finest marble. Living rooms have beautiful herringbone parquet timber floors. Elegant and generously appointed bathrooms have feature walls in Sahara Noir marble with highly specified sanitary ware and brassware. Kitchens are also bespoke to the Residences.
As well as this residents also get to enjoy all of the services available to hotel guests.

The Club in not due to open until early next year, but will be a members and residents only venue centred on the original second-floor boardrooms and executive offices of the original building. With their hand-carved walnut panelling and high ornate ceilings, these spaces are being preserved, restored and transformed into the new clubrooms. Included are meeting rooms, cigar lounge, bar, art gallery and business centre, making for easy and relaxed connection and contact between members.
