Millions of people start the day with a fried egg or two, but none of them can cook it quite like Michele Baldini. You could even say what he serves up is a work of art……quite literally. With a canvas of a black frying pan this is an eggs-hibit you don’t want to miss.
How d'ya like your eggs in the morning? As Dean Martin used to sing. Well if medical student Michele Baldini is making them then we’d like them as a work of art please.
Forgetting the phrase that parents used to utter of ‘Don’t play with your food’, these edible illustrations originally started when Baldini took his spatula one day whilst making breakfast and tried to create a Ying Yang symbol with the egg he was frying.
Now, from a wolf howling at the moon, to intricately detailed silhouettes of countries, to brand logos, and even Vincent Van Gogh’s Starry Night, it seems there is nothing that Michele can’t make out of eggs.
Using the same black frying pan as a backdrop and posting under the username The Eggs-hibit he only started his fun Instagram account in October, but already it has nearly 30,000 followers.
Take a look at some more egg-samples (sorry) of his culinary creations below, and for the whole collection please visit his Instagram account here.
