Bloc Party’s Kele Streams New Solo Album

Famous for his days fronting British indie superpower Bloc Party, the solo career of Kele Okereke has seen the singer, guitarist and DJ take a new turn in musical direction.

His first solo album, The Boxer, released in June 2010, delved into the worlds of electronica and dance and his upcoming follow up, Trick, is set to follow the club vibe by combining old school garage, 90s R&B, 2-step and house.

Ahead of its release, Kele is streaming the full Trick album on the Guardian’s website, which you can listen to here (we highly recommend you do).

Trick is released on October 13 on Kele’s own Lilac Records label, you can listen to the single, Doubt, below.
