French photographer Sacha Goldberger has created some fantastique renaisance style portraits featuring characters from Marvel, DC and Disney.
Who would have thought a futuristic Iron Man would look at home in a neck ruffle (or ruff as they were known)? We are also astounded by the uncanny resemblance of Superman to Christopher Reeve, but fans of the work have been assured it is not photoshopped and is purely a brilliant make-up job.
